YouTube tightens rules on sexually suggestive videos
Google's YouTube may be a fun Web site to visit, but the company hopes to make it a little less, um, titillating. The company this week announced new rules to better control sexually suggestive content on its popular video-sharing site.

Federal authorities filed civil and criminal charges today against bankrupt Silicon Valley financier William "Boots" Del Biaggio III, accusing him of bilking investors, banks and private lenders out of more than $100 million over the past five years.

Opinion: Don't count out capitalism
The nastier this recession gets, the more people will talk about the discrediting of markets and the failure of deregulation. So the next time the Dow dives off a cliff, splash your face with ice water and remember two things: This end-of-capitalism talk is bunk, and it distracts us from the debate we should be having. The real question is how to manage the necessary shift in the balance of our mixed economy. Outlandish though it may sound now, red-blooded capitalism must be part of the answer.
