Big First: Univision Wins Prime-Time Race In New York

In a historic ratings development, Univision 41 (WXTV), New York's premiere Spanish-language TV station, won Gotham's prime-time ratings race yesterday in the key audience categories, viewers ages 18 to 34 and 18 to 49. In addition, for the first time, a local news program was the highest-rated program of the day among four Spanish-language broadcast TV stations in New York, according to Nielsen Station Index (NSI) Local People Meter (LPM) ratings.
