Apple hopes to sell 10 million iPhones in 2008
Apple unveiled the anticipated iPhone, which supports a host of multimedia content, including movies, music and video, as well as the Internet and picture taking. AT&T finance chief bullish on IPTV, bundled services
AT&T believes its video strategy of offering HomeZone as well as U-verse is on target and is enabling the company to avoid having to rush the U-verse launch, according to Chief Financial Officer Rick Lindner. CBS embraces interactivity
CBS is pushing forward in the interactive and social-networking space through partnerships with Apple, YouTube, Verizon Communications, Google and others, according to CBS CEO Les Moonves. Samsung bundles Google

Qubo gains quick popularity, debuts as digital network
Ion Media Networks has debuted qubo, a new digital network for children that focuses on literacy and values. The channel debuted in 2006 as a block of programming on NBC, but it quickly developed an audience. Apple TV ready to hit the living room

Apple has given iTV a makeover, rebranding it as Apple TV, which is designed to enable users to stream content, including movies and music, from their computer to their television sets. Analysis: Will TV-PC connection pay off for Apple, rivals?: Apple's entry into the burgeoning TV-PC marketplace raises the question of which of these new devices will score with consumers. Nokia, Visa team for m-commerce
Nokia and Visa introduced a mobile payment platform based on near field communication (NFC) technology. Initially the service will enable customers to make contactless mobile payments, but the companies expect to offer an upgrade that will support person-to-person and remote payments as well.
