FCC Inquiry to Focus On 'Network Neutrality'

WASHINGTON -- The Federal Communications Commission on Thursday launched an inquiry into practices by broadband providers, focusing on whether there is a need for the agency to adopt regulations to ensure so-called network neutrality.
