WBITD gives Garcia Latin America role NEWS BRIEF: John Garcia has been promoted to VP and general manager for Latin America at Warner Bros International Television Distribution. In his new post he will have overall responsibility for the sales, marketing and distribution of WBITD product, including TV series and movies, animated series and feature films to broadcast, cable, satellite and emerging platforms in the Latin America region. Garcia, who is relocating from WBITD's Madrid office to Miami, Florida, will report to Malcolm Dudley Smith, executive VP of sales and business development, WBITD.
